Pasta

Homemade Garlic and Cheese Pasta


Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup of Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1tbsp of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2-1 cup of cream 10%
  • 1-2 Tsp of Garlic powder
  • chopped fresh or dried parsley
  • chopped fresh or dried basil




Add cream to frying pan. Then start melting the cream cheese on low heat. Then add the butter and the parmesan cheese. Stir occasionaly. After the cream cheese, butter, and parmesan cheese, add the garlic powder, parsley, and the basil. Stir together until thick, if you want it to be more liquid, add water or more cream, you can also add milk until it is at the right viscosity. Then add pasta and stir until pasta is all covered. Serve and Enjoy!
